OVERVIEW
Borsano is a building land in a Tuscan hill with around farmland and wooded property.The project involves the redevelopment of Borsano area, through the construction of two buildings, one located in the south of the Borsano Hill and the other located on the northern side. The project includes agricultural land (8 hectares) and wooded areas (17 hectares).
THE AREA
Borsano is around Civitella in Val di Chiana village, and includes the land of an entire hillside. The area is surrounded by greenery and includes farmland and wooded land. Borsano includes the top of the Borsano hill which partly overlooks the village of Civitella, the surrounding hills, the city of Arezzo. Every piece of the land, including the area reserved for the building, has its own distinctive landscape. Borsano is an hidden and quiet area, but the highway entrance or neighboring villages are only a few minutes drive, while the center of Arezzo can be reached in about 15 minutes.

PROPOSED PROJECT
The current project, already approved, involves the construction of two buildings, one of 220sqm. located in the south side of Borsano with 360° panoramic  view towards the village of Civitella, the Val di Chiana and the surrounding hills. The other building of 100sqm. it is placed in an area to the north side with a panoramic view of Arezzo and the surrounding hills.
